SOME OF THEIR ACTIVITIES INCLUDE ASSISTING CLIENTS WITH ASSIGNED SERVICES DESIGNATED BY THE CARE PLAN-LETTER OF AGREEMENT: COMPANIONSHIP, SIMPLE CHORES AND TRANSPORTATION AND RESPITE SERVICES TO CAREGIVERS. THE PRIMARY FOCUS AREA OF THE MISSOULA SCP SERVICE ACTIVITIES IS HEALTHY FUTURES, AGING IN PLACE. AT THE END OF THE THREE-YEAR GRANT: 75 OF THE 140 CLIENTS SERVED BY SENIOR COMPANIONS WILL REPORT HAVING INCREASED SOCIAL TIES/PERCEIVED SUPPORT AS DEMONSTRATED BY THE AMERICORPS SENIORS INDEPENDENT LIVING AND RESPITE CARE PERFORMANCE MEASURE SURVEYS.
