END GOALS: EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE INCREASED PRIVATE INVESTMENT IN THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT, REHABILITATION, AND PRESERVATION OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING AND HOMEOWNERSHIP. BENEFICIARIES: CERTIFIED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION; PRIVATE NONPROFIT HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS, PUBLIC NONPROFIT INSTITUTION/ORGANIZATION.
