GRANTEES WILL USE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES GRANT FUNDS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICE. ALL GRANTEES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE OUTREACH SERVICES, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, ASSISTANCE IN OBTAINING VA BENEFITS AND ASSISTANCE IN OBTAINING AND COORDINATING OTHER PUBLIC BENEFITS.
