SOME OF THEIR ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE COMPANIONSHIP, TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, MEAL PREPARATION AND CAREGIVER RESPITE. THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF THIS PROJECT IS HEALTHIER/SAFER LIVING ENVIRONMENTS (OUTPUTS).
