The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) awarded a $4,125,338 Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program grant (CFDA 64.033) to Volunteers of America Michigan, Inc. (VOAMI), a non-profit organization, on October 7, 2024. The purpose of the SSVF Program is to provide supportive services to very low-income veteran families who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or transitioning to permanent housing.
