The award supports the delivery of four mandatory core services: outreach, case management, VA benefits assistance, and coordination of other public benefits. In addition to core services, the grantee may provide optional temporary financial assistance paid directly to third parties on behalf of participants for housing-related expenses including rental assistance, utility payments, security deposits, moving costs, child care, transportation, and emergency housing assistance. The grantee may also offer supplemental services such as legal assistance and financial management services to support long-term housing stability.
