COLLEGE POSSIBLE'S MISSION IS TO MAKE COLLEGE GRADUATION POSSIBLE FOR CAPABLE, LOW-INCOME STUDENTS THROUGH AN INTENSIVE CURRICULUM OF COACHING AND SUPPORT. THE PROPOSED VISTA PROJECT ALIGNS WITH THE EDUCATION FOCUS AREA. THE VISTA PROJECT WILL SEEK TO EXPAND THE CAPACITY OF COLLEGE POSSIBLE AS IT IMPLEMENTS A NEW STRATEGIC PLAN TO INCREASE COLLEGE PERSISTENCE AND ENROLLMENT RATES FOR LOW-INCOME STUDENTS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. THE PROJECT WILL BENEFIT OVER 25,000 STUDENTS ANNUALLY , BOTH THROUGH OUR STRATEGIC PILOTS AND OUR TRADITIONAL PROGRAMING. OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR, 12 VISTA MEMBERS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE GOALS OF THE PROJECT BY PERFORMING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SYSTEMS BUILDING, ESTABLISHING AND INCREASING STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIPS, INCREASE FINANCIAL RESOURCES, PROMOTING PROGRAM GROWTH AND CHANGE, AND BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT.
