THE PROPOSED FINANCIAL STABILITY VISTA PROJECT ALIGNS WITH THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY STRATEGIC PLAN CNCS FOCUS AREA IN SERVING ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS FROM HOUSEHOLDS BELOW THE ALICE (ASSET LIMITED INCOME CONSTRAINED EMPLOYED) THRESHOLD TO INCREASE THEIR FINANCIAL STABILITY. THE VISTA PROJECT WILL SEEK TO SCALE THE USE OF THE NEW MI BRIDGES SYSTEM, AND EXPECTS TO BENEFIT TWENTY FIVE NEW COMMUNITY PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS SERVING LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES BELOW THE ALICE THRESHOLD.
