About this award
Swords To Plowshares Veterans Rights Organization received a $11.27 million Project Grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration under the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program (CFDA 64.033) for the period September 30, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The organization will provide comprehensive supportive services to very low-income veteran families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing in California. Mandatory core services include outreach, case management, assistance in obtaining VA benefits, and coordination of other public benefits.
