MISSION- TO HELP PEOPLE ACHIEVE BETTER LIVES. IN FULFILLING OUR MISSION, WE TEACH PEOPLE TO FISH, RATHER THAN JUST FEEDING THEM FISH. THE PROGRAM WILL UTILIZE CORPORATION APPROVED BOOKKEEPING METHODS TO TRACK EXPENDITURES AND DISBURSEMENTS. IT WILL INVESTIGATE NEW AND INNOVATIVE WAYS, INCLUDING CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULES TO INCREASE AND MAINTAIN FUNDING TO ENSURE IT REMAINS FISCALLY SOUND. SERVICE QUALITY WILL BE MONITORED THROUGH COMPANIONSHIP/OUTREACH SURVEYS (PRE- AND POST-ASSESSMENTS). SENIOR COMPANION VOLUNTEERS AND VOLUNTEER STATION STAFF WILL COMPLETE AN ANNUAL SURVEY THAT WILL PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON VOLUNTEER SERVICES AND ISSUES. INPUT PROVIDED FROM THESE SURVEYS WILL HELP IMPROVE SUPPORT AND SERVICES.
