Services will include securing housing, coordinating individualized support services, developing life skills and support networks, and assisting youth in transitioning to self-sufficient adulthood and preventing long-term dependency. The goal is to establish sustainable living and well-being for these vulnerable youth through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
