THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING TO EVERY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN WEST VIRGINIA (CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS WV-001 AND WV-002). THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE APPRAISAL AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING FOR EACH OFFICER.
