THE PROJECT WILL ADDRESS OVW PRIORITY AREA 4BY PARTNERING WITH ENTITIES SUCH AS THE VERMONT DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND ESTABLISHING THE NEK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT TO PROVIDE WRAP AROUND SERVICES TO HOMELESS, RUNAWAY, FOSTER CARE, AND EMANCIPATED YOUTH VICTIMS.
