Description
The mundelein police department proposes "kids ask, cops answer," a youth-led video series designed to strengthen trust and engagement between local law enforcement and children in the mundelein community. This program provides a platform where children submit questions about police work and officers respond with an informative video, answering the questions in under two minutes. The videos will be filmed and edited by a team of students, yet another form of outreach between the department and schools. Videos will be distributed via schools, social media, and community websites. The budget is small ask with a potentially big payout.
