The new prague police department (nppd) will implement key initiatives to achieve accreditation, ensuring compliance with standards while enhancing operational efficiency, transparency, and community relations. Nppd will implement its accreditation initiative through a phased and structured management plan to ensure successful execution and long-term impact. Accreditation will be treated as a department-wide priority. All officers, regardless of rank, will contribute to its success and be encouraged to see accreditation as an integral part of professional development and service excellence. After the award period ends, the new prague police department will implement a sustainable, long-term strategy to maintain its accreditation status. This will begin with integrating accreditation standards into the agencys daily operations, ensuring that policies, procedures, and training requirements become routine practice rather than one-time tasks.
