EACH PARTNER AGENCY WILL SEND INSTRUCTORS TO THE CLASSROOM INSTRUCTORS TRAIN-THE-TRAINERS, SO THERE WILL BE FOUR INSTRUCTORS TRAINED TO TEACH THE DE-ESCALATION TRAINING AND WILL CONDUCT ANNUAL REFRESHER CLASSROOM DE-ESCALATION TRAININGS AND WILL ALLOW THE FLEXIBILITY OF TRAINING NEW OFFICERS AS THEY COME ON-BOARD AT THEIR AGENCY.
