Expected outcomes of the project include below: (short-term) - 15 teacher fellows and 35 teacher peers engage 4,500 students (at least 600 students from the participating schools) in 6-12 months; (medium-term) - 30 teacher fellow and 70 teacher peers engage 10,000 students (at least 1,200 students from the participating 1 schools) in 12-24 months; (long-term) - youth are actively reducing their environmental impact, participating in civic processes, sharing their knowledge with their families, and leading changes in their communities.
