This EPA Region 6 Environmental Justice Collaborative Problem-Solving (EJCPS) Cooperative Agreement Program grant award of $499,996 provides funding to Open Design Collective, Inc. to open a public Culture Park and develop an air quality monitoring system in the historically black John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) neighborhood of Northeast Oklahoma City.
