LEAs receiving less than $30,000 must use funds for activities in at least one of these three areas. Each subgrant awarded must be for a term of one year and in an amount of not less than $10,000. The state and LEAs must supplement, not supplant, non-Federal funds for authorized activities, and maintain program records for three years.
