APPLICATION PURPOSE: THE MAIN PURPOSE FOR MUNICIPALITY OF YAUCO TO ACQUIRE A TOW TRUCK IS SEEKING TO ENHANCE THE RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY OF ITS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO ENSURE RAPID RESPONSE AND RECOVERY OF DISABLED TRANSIT VEHICLES PARTICULARLY IN REMOTE AND RURAL AREAS WHERE ACCESS IS LIMITED AND DELAYS CAN SIGNIFICANTLY DISRUPT SERVICE.
