AT THE TIME OF FUNDING APPORTIONMENT THE AREA WAS PART OF THE THEN IDENTIFIED AS NEW BERN URBANIZED AREA. THIS IS A SECTION 5307 URBANIZED AREA FORMULA GRANT FUNDING APPLICATION (CRAVEN COUNTY / CARTS) IN THE AMOUNT OF $25000.
