THIS GRANT FUNDS MONITORING OF THE MASSO RESERVOIR PROJECT. THIS INCLUDES SURVEYS TO DOCUMENT THE AMOUNT OF FISHING ACTIVITY OCCURRING AT THE MASSO RESERVOIR, AND STOCKING THE RESERVOIR WITH NATIVE FISHES TO MAINTAIN A GOOD FISH CATCHING EXPERIENCE FOR THE POPULATION OF GUAM.
