SPECIFICALLY, THE RECIPIENT WILL CONDUCT AIR QUALITY MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF QUALITY ASSURED DATA THAT WILL BE UPLOADED TO THE AIR QUALITY STANDARDS DATABASE AND SHARED WITH COUNTY. THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT PROVIDES PARTIAL FEDERAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000. SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE REPORTING QUALITY ASSURED DATA, ANNUALLY CERTIFYING DATA, MAINTAINING A QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM, AND CONDUCTING PROGRAM AUDITS TO ENSURE THE MONITORING PROGRAM MEETS THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS. THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE A BROADENED AWARENESS OF AIR QUALITY PROGRAMS THAT ARE ESTABLISHED TO ADDRESS THE ATTAINMENT OF MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS (NAAQS) AS WELL AS IMMEDIATE AND EMERGING THREATS TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE FROM AIR POLLUTION (CAA 105(A)) THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE CLARK COUNTY RESIDENTS WHO WILL HAVE DECREASED EXPOSURE TO CRITERIA AND HAZARDOUS AIR POLLUTANTS.
