The period of performance runs from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2029, with work performed in Olympia, Washington. The award is a formula grant apportioned under statutory formula to qualifying states that meet Section 405(H) eligibility requirements. The Commission coordinates with state and local partners, including law enforcement agencies and the Washington Department of Public Instruction, to implement evidence-based roadside safety initiatives and behavioral countermeasures. Federal reimbursement is provided on claims submitted in vouchers covering incurred costs.
