About this award

This $300,000 Formula Grant award from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the Highway Planning and Construction program (CFDA 20.205) will fund the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) to update the Anchorage Metropolitan Area Transportation Solutions (AMATS) Congestion Management Process (CMP) plan. The update will provide current information on transportation system performance and an action/implementation plan. This grant award, effective March 10, 2025, supports DOT&PF's expertise in executing diverse transportation infrastructure projects across Alaska.
