THE OBJECTIVES ARE TO ESTABLISH AND MANAGE AN EFFECTIVE COMPREHENSIVE CWSRF PROGRAM AND TO MAINTAIN A SELF-SUSTAINING REVOLVING FUND TO IMPROVE AND PROTECT WATER QUALITY AND PUBLIC HEALTH.ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES ARE TO PROVIDE LOW INTEREST FINANCING TO NUMEROUS SUBRECIPIENTS FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION OF ELIGIBLE WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION PROJECTS.SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE FINANCING, PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION OF ELIGIBLE WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION PROJECTS.
