THIS GRANT FUNDS PHASE 4, WHICH CONSISTS OF A REIMBURSABLE AGREEMENT FOR FLIGHT CHECKS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION FOR THE RUNWAY 29 PRECISION APPROACH PATH INDICATOR.
