About this award
The U.S. Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) awarded a $114,533 Formula Grant under the State Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalitions Program (CFDA 16.556) to the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence Inc. (ICADV). This one-year grant, with a performance period from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, supports ICADV's statewide efforts to coordinate domestic violence victim services and collaborate with federal, state, and local entities engaged in violence prevention activities.
The grant funding enables ICADV to carry out a range of initiatives, including providing training and technical assistance to domestic violence programs, conducting public education campaigns, and facilitating coordination between various government agencies working to address intimate partner violence in Indiana. As the state's designated domestic violence and sexual assault coalition, ICADV leverages this OVW Formula Grant to support its comprehensive approach to ending domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking throughout the state.
