DESCRIPTION:THE PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS FOR A CAPITALIZATION GRANT, FUNDED BY THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT (IIJA) (PL 117-58), WHICH PROVIDES FUNDS FOR THE RECIPIENT'S CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND (CWSRF) PROGRAM. ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES ARE TO PROVIDE LOW INTEREST FINANCING TO NUMEROUS SUBRECIPIENTS FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION OF ELIGIBLE WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION PROJECTS.SUBRECIPIENT:LOANS WILL BE PROVIDED TO MUNICIPALITIES THROUGH THE STATE REVOLVING FUND PROGRAMS TO FUND DIRECT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.OUTCOMES:THE BENEFITS OF THIS GRANT WILL BE TO CAPITALIZE THE RECIPIENT'S CWSRF.
