To implement a program centered on english language learning, steam, digital transformation, and the creative economy in celebration of american excellence and america 250.

We Can Morocco received a $111,000 Cooperative Agreement from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) under the ECA – American Spaces program (CFDA 19.441) for the period September 30, 2025 through September 30, 2026. The award supports the implementation of a comprehensive educational and cultural program centered on English language learning, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEAM) education, digital transformation, and creative economy development in Morocco. These initiatives are delivered in celebration of America 250, the commemoration of the 250th anniversary of American independence, and are designed to build connections between the United States and Moroccan communities while advancing U.S. foreign policy objectives.

The ECA – American Spaces program authorizes discretionary grants and cooperative agreements with non-governmental organizations and individuals to establish and operate publicly accessible cultural and information centers that serve as touchpoints for international audiences to engage with United States culture, education, innovation, and values. Through We Can Morocco's implementation, the program will deliver educational programming that reflects U.S. excellence and fosters greater understanding of the United States among foreign audiences, particularly in support of youth development and community engagement in Morocco.
