THE LOWER AMERICAN RIVER IS PARTICULARLY VALUABLE ASSET WITHIN THE SACRAMENTO REGION, PROVIDING IMPORTANT FISH AND WILDLIFE HABITAT. 5. SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES - THERE ARE NO SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES FOR THIS AGREEMENT.
