ONCE APPA BRIDGE DESIGN PLANS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED, REPLACEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF FAILING STRUCTURES WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF PARTNER-LED CONSTRUCTION FOR ITS CRITICAL COMPONENTS WILL OCCUR.
