EACH INTERN WILL SUPPORT IN GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK (GRSM)'S EFFORTS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONNECTION TO GRSM AND ITS RESOURCES THROUGH SERVICES AND PROGRAMS TO THE VISITING PUBLIC AND SCHOOL GROUPS FROM NEIGHBORING PARK COMMUNITIES. THE PROGRAMS PRESENTED BY THE SERVING MEMBERS WILL BE ON GRSM'S NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES. THE MEMBERS MAY PERFORM BOTH FORMAL AND INFORMAL PROGRAMS INCLUDING EXPLORATORY WALKS, JR RANGER PROGRAMS, AND SCHOOL-BASED EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
