JOHNSON COLLEGE IS AN ELIGIBLE INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITED BY THE MIDDLE STATES COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION. THE PROJECT WILL DIRECTLY AND FULLY ADDRESS THE GRANT PROGRAMS GOAL TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION AND RECRUITMENT OF AVIATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICAL WORKERS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AVIATION MAINTENANCE WORKFORCE. THE CURRICULUM AND HANDS-ON TRAINING SUPPORTED WILL PROVIDE THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY FOR STUDENTS COMPLETING THE PROGRAM TO SATISFACTORILY COMPLETE THE WRITTEN, ORAL, AND PRACTICAL TESTS REQUIRED TO BE A CERTIFIED AIRFRAME POWERPLANT MECHANIC.
