Description

By the end of the project, the ohio state will: 1) develop a sandbox "test" frame that can implement any international terrestrial reference frame (itrf) in a manner that is completely transparent to the geospatial stakeholders; 2) develop a full kinematic reference frame (KRF) and associated models to operate continuously and without interruptions during the implementation of a new itrf realization; 3) develop software and know-how to routinely process and manipulate thousands of global navigation satellite system (gnss) stations; 4) develop trajectory parameters prediction models (i.e. intraframe models) estimated using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques that provide coordinates for any epoch in the time domain of the KRF. The project will be divided into three phases and will take five years to complete. Throughout the project OH
