National Experienced Workforce Solutions, Inc. received a $217,500 Cooperative Agreement award from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) under the Experienced Services Program (CFDA 15.016), effective June 23, 2025, with a completion date of May 3, 2027. This award supports technical assistance and specialized services in petroleum engineering and helium resource development across BLM operations in New Mexico. The program leverages experienced professionals aged 55 and older to provide expertise in areas where BLM faces staffing gaps, ensuring that participating professionals supplement rather than replace existing BLM employees.

Under this cooperative agreement, National Experienced Workforce Solutions deploys experienced petroleum engineers and helium resource specialists to support BLM's public lands management mission in New Mexico. The services are designed to provide technical consulting, project support, and specialized expertise related to helium development activities that benefit the general public and BLM operations. As a non-profit organization with extensive experience managing similar Experienced Services Program awards across multiple federal agencies, the awardee brings institutional knowledge and professional capabilities in natural resource management and technical support to advance BLM priorities during the two-year performance period.
