CONTROL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SPRAYING, MONITORING, BIO-CONTROL, AND INVENTORYING PUBLIC LANDS WILL BE PERFORMED AT THE TIME BEST SUITED OF EACH SPECIES. THIS SHOULD ENSURE OUR ABILITY TO CONTROL OR ERADICATE, IF ENCOUNTERED EARLY ENOUGH, NOXIOUS WEED INFESTATIONS.
