RESEARCH FINDINGS WILL PRIMARILY HELP CURRENT GRANTEES ADJUST THEIR PROJECTS TO ACHIEVE BETTER OUTCOMES AND SECONDARILY INFORM THE DESIGN OF OFFICE OF ECONOMIC ADJUSTMENT PROGRAM OF FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. THE AWARDEE WILL EMPLOY A COMBINATION OF DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS, QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH, AND EVIDENCE BASED EVALUATION TO DEMONSTRATE THE IMPACT THAT THE INDUSTRY RESILIENCE PROGRAM HAS HAD ON SUPPLY CHAIN RESILIENCY, CYBER RESILIENCY, AND READINESS IN THE STATES AND REGIONS THAT HAVE RECEIVED FUNDING.
