The workshop program will be developed by a planning committee made up of key federal, state, and non-governmental organization partners. The planning committee will discuss relevant earthquake scenarios to include in the exercise portion of the workshop. Workshop participants will include a wide group of post-earthquake investigators and key federal, state, and non-governmental organization representatives.deliverables and expected outcomes: the main deliverable from this project will be a workshop after-action report that captures lessons and key discussions coming from the workshop and exercise. The report can be used to implement changes and better prepare for the nehrp response to future earthquakes. The participation of a wide group of stakeholders will lead to improved coordination of future post-earthquake investigations.
