THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A U.S. STUDY TOUR WITH A PURPOSE OF RAISING AWARENESS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE FARMERS THROUGH TRAININGS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, PROVIDING FARMERS THE INFORMATION ON NEW TECHNOLOGIES, EXTENSION EFFORTS, AND SUCCESS STORIES FROM INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE; FOCUSING ON YOUTH AND WOMEN AND MOTIVATING THEM TO ENGAGE IN AGRICULTURE VIA LEARNING EXPERIENCES.
