THE QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED WITH INPUT FROM FAS/KYIV, FAS/GMA AND ERS, AND WILL HELP INFORM USDA MARKET INTELLIGENCE REPORTING, WHICH IS DIFFICULT DUE TO THE ONGOING CONFLICT, BUT CRITICALLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE OF THE SIZE AND IMPACT OF UKRAINIAN EXPORTS. AGRARNY DORADCHY TSENTR BRIDZHES (BRIDGES) WILL CONDUCT A SERIES OF RESEARCH ASSESSMENTS ON UKRAINIAN FARMER SENTIMENT FOR PLANTING, AND UKRAINIAN PROCESSORS AND EXPORTERS, TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO FAS/KYIV, FAS/GMA AND USDA/ERS. BRIDGES WILL WORK WITH FAS TO ENSURE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DATA GATHERING. THIS REPRESENTS CRITICAL PLANTING INFORMATION THAT IS CURRENTLY LACKING, DUE TO THE CHALLENGES OF FARMING IN A WAR ZONE.
