DUCKS UNLIMITED IS SUBMITTING THIS PROPOSAL REQUESTING COASTAL PROGRAM FUNDING TO SUPPORT PROJECT PLANNING FOR WETLAND RESTORATION AT THE WOLFWEED COMPLEX PART OF THE SAN BERNARD NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE BRAZORIA COUNTY TEXAS. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO DEVELOP PROJECT DESIGNS AND ENGINEERS COST ESTIMATES FOR THE RESTORATION PROJECT.
