THIS PROPOSAL WOULD HELP REDUCE MORTALITY OF BROWN PELICANS BY SUPPORTING BIRDS IN CARE DEVELOPING A REPORT ON THE LOCATION AND NUMBER OF BIRDS IMPACTED AS WELL AS POSSIBLE CAUSES AND CONDUCTING EMERGENCY PUBLIC OUTREACH TO REDUCE NEGATIVE FISHING INTERACTIONS BETWEEN STARVING BIRDS AND THE PUBLIC.THE PROPOSAL HAS THREE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:1.
