Description

Anticipated topics include the latest innovations in materials and design, project case studies and lessons learned, updates on the policy and regulatory environment, and of course field trips to local sites.as with previous workshops, RAE will CO-host this event with a local partner and will design the content with the help and guidance of a regionally-focused advisory committee. We anticipate approximately 250 participants to attend, representing all aspects of the field, including state and federal government, state and local regulatory agencies, academia, private sector and non-profit organizations. The event typically includes two full days of programming: a half-day for field trips to local restoration sites, plenary sessions, breakout discussions, and a networking reception. While we anticipate a similar model for this year, RAE staff and the steering committee are yet to finalize those decisions.attendees of this event will gain inspiration, an expanded professional network, and new knowledge about innovations in living shorelines.
