MAINTAIN OR IMPROVE THE ECOLOGICAL SERVICES ON THE 889 ACRES OF RESTORATION LANDS OWNED BY WEBB CITY. THIS WILL BE ASSESSED BY VEGETATIVE MONITORING.MONITOR THE VEGETATION WITHIN THE RESTORATION AREAS, DOCUMENT PROGRESS.ENSURE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF TOPSOIL COMPOST REMAINS ON RESTORATION AREAS. ACTIVITIES: UPLAND RESTORATION MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE MOWING, SPRAYING, BURNING, TREE CUTTING, SEEDING OR OTHER ACTIONS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN MIGRATORY BIRD HABITAT.
