THIS PROJECT WILL FOCUS ON AREAS OF THE COMPLEX WHERE LARGE SCALE MECHANICAL OR BROADCAST HERBICIDE APPLICATION IS NOT POSSIBLE OR PREFERRED, INCLUDING ALONG OLD IRRIGATION CANALS AND DITCHES, WETLANDS, AND TREED AREAS.
