CLEAN CITIES OUTREACH EDUCATION AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING GRANT PROGRAM CLEAN CITIES COALITIONS WORK COOPERATIVELY WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S VEHICLE TECHNOLOGIES OFFICE TO FOSTER THE NATION'S ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND ENERGY SECURITY BY ACTING LOCALLY TO ADVANCE AFFORDABLE, DOMESTIC TRANSPORTATION FUELS, ENERGY EFFICIENT MOBILITY SYSTEMS, AND OTHER FUEL-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES AND PRACTICES.
