ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: SOIL SAMPLES WILL BE COLLECTED IN SEED POTATO PRODUCING AREAS IN NORTH DAKOTA. THESE WILL BE TARGETED TO SEED POTATOES THAT ARE DESTINED TO CANADA. ALL SAMPLES WILL BE SENT TO THE USDA LAB IN IDAHO FOR LAB TE STING. DELIVERABLES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES: DATA ENTRY OF ALL SURVEY ACTIVITY INTO THE APPROPRIATE DATABASE, SEMI-ANNUAL AND ANNUAL NARRATIVE AND FINANCIAL REPORTS. COMMUNICATION WITH ADODR ON SURVEY FINDINGS AS SURVEY PROGRESSES. INTENDED BENEFICIARY(IES): NORTH DAKOTA PRODUCERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS SURVEY. THIS SURVEY WILL ALLOW FOR EARLY DETECTION AND ERADICATION IF POSITIVE FIELDS ARE FOUND. THIS SURVEY CONFORMS TO THE US/CANADA SEED POTATO AGREEMENT.
