THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS TO MANAGE THE FACILITY THAT CREATES A SIMULATED ORNAMENTAL PLANT NURSERY WHERE RESEARCH CAN BE CONDUCTED ON QUARANTINE PESTS AND PATHOGENS WHILE SAFEGUARDING PLANT HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT. NORS-DUC CONTINUES TO RECEIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM PPQ THROUGH PPA 7721 FUNDS TO CONTINUE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITY AND SUPPORT OF SCIENTISTS' RESEARCH ENDEAVORS AS WELL AS NORS-DUC INTERNAL RESEARCH PROJECTS.
