ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: 1. APS REVIEWS THE LEGACY REGULATORY LISTING TAXA. 2. APS DEVELOPS A DRAFT UPDATED LISTING OF TAXA OF PLANT PATHOGENS, BY SPECIES WHERE RELEVANT, THAT ARE PLANT PESTS BASED ON PUBLICLY AVAILABLE SCIENTIFIC LITERATURE. 3. APHIS AND APS REVIEW PUBLIC COMMENTS, AND APHIS MODIFIES THE LIST AS NEEDED.
